We do dirt......

First of all we have to express how we regret about the disaster of the Asian Tsunami. It was on the same day of our big race. We were reported how bad it was after the day. It would be one of the deeply sorrow when you memorize how much impress of this race. We also have to thank you for all who joined us on that day and sorry for any inconvenience of the race.

It was started at about 20 minutes later from the schedule because of some small problems that we will recognize them as the points to improve our next race management. Start with the first qualify of Savage one-make class that all the racers had made them to become a very close and exciting match. The track layout was special prepared for Savage to show up its amazing performance. The trucks have to run through the track fully laid with the very rough rock surface and flying over the very high jumping ramp. It was the toughest condition ever made. The former IFMAR Champion, Atsushi Hara also joined the Savage fan as the exhibitor. His ranking will not be counted for official result but only just to entertain his fan. It was quite easy to predicted that who was the fastest guy on the track however the TQ belonged to Champ, a little boy new shining star from 'Kuntien' Team, who finished very close after Hara. Not only Champ but also the rest of racers were looking good as well. After finished qualify, Hara came in first follow by Champ, Din from 88CPK Team as third.

Follow with qualify of the Buggy class that assumed to be top of dust race, 52 cars from almost every brands participated by Thai drivers. Our team drivers also appeared on the track with their Hot Bodies Lightning 2 PRO joining this race. The ramps were very huge and can send the car going up almost 3 meter high and 8 meters long for triple jump by top driver, you have to see from video clip below. What I can tell you as a reporter they were the highest and the longest jump I had ever seen in the official race. In qualify session Hara and Surikarn had shown their incredible driving ability on the slippery track and in the air as top work driver as they were. This also gave Thai driver more experience by learning from Factory drivers. After finished qualify session Hara took pole position follow with Charlee from 'Kuntien' Team that seem to be very fast as well. But Surikarn, unfortunately with a little mistake made, cause him came in 3rd. position. There are only Hara and Surikarn who can run less than 30secs.

The final round for Savage had made the competition colorful, started with a lot of fun from C-main to the very exciting A-main. Hara started from first position but was overtaken by Champ after he faced the problem with his engine. After restarted his engine, Hara had shown us how the real fast car was. Unfortunately, without luck in his pocket, when people saw he was closer to the leader and may able to overtake the little boy, the engine has failed again. From that time Champ hold his first position until pass finish line and received a big cheering from his fans around the track as Thai boy who just had won the race. Hara followed in second position, as his result would not be counted so Chai and Sorapol from 88CPK Team came in 2nd and 3rd position respectively

There was a short brake after the final round of Savage. The huge damaged of the track was repaired for final race of buggy. For the time being it was the 'Show Time' of the Quarter Pipe jumping by Jack an Pom ,the 'Top Speed' track owner. But every test jump seems to be only back flip can not make their car go forward as they wanted. Every time they try also received cheering from observer around the track. Thumb up for those two guys who dare to test their first big Jump as "Real Brave Heart"

After that the final round of the Buggy started from E-main through A-main respectively. In the final race of the A-main Buggy the track surface were more wet than the qualify session make all drivers more difficulty in control of their car. Hara who started from first position and without any mistakes, keep himself in position through of the racing time. After keeping the game in his control with very consistency in middle of the race and quite sure that no one can come close to him then he came back to run more stunt style on high jump to entertain his fans again until he finished in first place. For the rest it seems so sorry for Karn who keep chasing Hara in his second position until facing engine problem in 32nd lap that make his position going down. After come back to the race again. Karn tried to run much faster until one of his mistakes resulted the broken suspension in 44th lap and sent him out of race. This makes Charlee who hold 2nd position since 32nd lap finished in 2nd place followed Hara by 3 laps. Third place was by Sumphan from RCS&RC Square Team that using his experience control his game from 11th at start at the beginning followed Charlee by 5 laps. Follow with Dillaka Prasit Chay88 Prasert Karn Oun Porrapong Payap in sequence.

After finished Final race of buggy then it's a time for fun of "Savage Challenge class", "Air performance", the most nicest jump that receive maximum point from our judge take the trophy. We use 3 of our standard Flight deck as control ramp for air performance jump. Our 3 judges are Miura Karn and Hara. There were 12 racers from 25 racers from circuit race join this Air performance. After complete fly, incomplete fly and also for someone who did not be able to control his car touch our ramp (next time will be wider, I promise) the one who received maximum point from our judge is Supoj who received extra RTR MINIZILLA from HPI Japan as a special prize.

It's time for "Extreme Air" with our big quarter pipe again, after move to back straight and adjust angle a little bit. Start with everyone who wanted to try, also received a lot of cheering from fans around the track. Finally the first one who could pass this quarter pipe was Mr.Cat, the owner of CPK track, you can see from video clip below. Then it seems that no body would try this any more but not correct. Hara started his lightning 2 PRO that just finished from his final race, after checked by running close to this ramp for a while to check the distance between his machine and the ramp. When he approached to the quarter pipe with top speed from his machine, that jump will be in everybody's memory, what a high nice jump he made, all in control with complete back flip and nice landing together with clapping hands form his fans around the track. I have to say that "it was our great time to see Hara's talent in controlling r/c car on dirt". Finished with giving trophy to those who won the race and lucky draw a lot of prize to our great customers.
